1. About these terms

AIFUELX is a service of DreamBike Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the website, or calling our API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

AIFUELX provides a single API key and routing layer that lets you access AI models from multiple providers for chat, code, documents, images and other supported tasks. Model availability, routing behaviour and features may change as providers update their offerings.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity carried out with your keys, including keys you issue to employees. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised so it can be disabled or regenerated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIFUELX to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
• generate unlawful, harmful, hateful, or deceptive content;
• attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass rate limits and security controls;
• resell raw access in a way that breaches the terms of the underlying model providers.

Your use must also comply with the usage policies of the upstream model providers your requests are routed to.

5. Credits, payments and refunds

Usage is drawn from wallet credits. Credits added to your wallet are applied after payment is confirmed and are intended for use on the platform. Unless required by law, credits are non-transferable. If a payment is recorded incorrectly, contact us and we will review and correct your balance.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Outages or degradations at upstream model providers may affect responses, latency and availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamBike Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of the service. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if usage puts the platform or other users at risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
