1. Who we are

AIFUELX is operated by DreamBike Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the website and API, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — email address, account type (individual or business) and, for business accounts, company name and employee key labels.
• Usage data — requests made through your API keys: timestamp, model used, token counts, latency and status, used for your dashboards and billing.
• Prompt content — the prompts you send and responses returned, processed to deliver the service.
• Technical data — IP address and basic device information, used for security, abuse prevention and free-trial limits.

3. How we use your data

To provide and route AI requests, maintain your wallet and usage records, secure the platform against abuse, support you when you contact us, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Model providers and processors

To answer a request, the prompt is forwarded to the AI provider selected by our router (such as Google, OpenAI or Anthropic). Those providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies. We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, database and authentication services. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required by law. Usage logs are retained to power your analytics and monitoring dashboards, and may be deleted or aggregated after they are no longer needed.

6. Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls and row-level security so accounts can only read their own records. API keys are shown to you and should be stored securely on your side; disable or regenerate a key immediately if it may have been exposed.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to close your account. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

AIFUELX is not intended for use by children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
